Lease Renewal Can't Be Completed
The most common issue to this problem is that the renewal is being processed on a "Co-Resident" not the "Current" or primary resident.
If you are trying to process a renewal on the Current resident and still getting an error, make sure that in the "Amend Lease" section, you click on "Lease Terms" and change the Lease Term # to 12 and change the expiration date to one day BEFORE the renewal date. See below for an example.
