Camera Footage Requests

Per upper management, regional managers are the main point of contact for viewing and downloading all Eagle Eye footage. Please reach out to your Regional for all footage requests.

If law enforcement is involved in the request for footage, we are able to give the officer temporary access to the cameras in question, that they can view for up to 1 week. To submit an access request for your local police department, please gather their name, email address and date of the incident and submit a service request via the support portal (pictured below).
