All Courtesy Connection Issues
While our department has access to do some things in Courtesy Connection - their team of support professionals are able to handle any and all issues within minutes.
To chat with a support rep, all you need to do is click on the blue chat bubble in the bottom right of their website (https://courtesyconnection.com)
They are able to:
- Reset your password
- Change On Call Status
- Add or Remove Property Access
- Add or Remove Users
- Much More!
Property Managers and Maintenance Supervisors are able to do many of the features above as well. To make staff changes, simply go to the Admin menu, User Account Requests and then click the "Add Account Request" button. You can add, deactivate, change a role, change a property, etc.
