You will click on the SSO button (pictured below) at the bottom of the login box when you go to: itsupport.southwoodrealty.comIf you get an error, you will need to clear your cookies and cache in your browser. I can't scan to my Brother computer using Brother Utilities/ControlCenter4. How can I scan? Brother Utilities will no longer work on the new computers. You will need to use Brother iPrint & Scan to scan to your Brother printer going forward. Look for either of these icons on your desktop or bottom taskbar to scan. My MRI search icon doesn't work. What do I do? The new computers currently don't allow the use of the MRI Go Search feature (the magnifying glass icon in your MRI left menu). Our department is working on getting this functionality back. In the meantime, you can click on the "Hamburger Menu", then "Residential Management", then click on "Select A Resident" under the Resident section.
