It Support Portal - No Access/Not Allowed
If you are on the new computer setup and getting a "you are not allowed to access this page" message or something similar - please try the steps below before putting in a ticket.
Because of SSO (If you're unsure of that term, please read this article) you HAVE to be in the Microsoft Edge browser. This browser is the only one who knows who you are and will eliminate remembering passwords and logins for most websites going forward.
The SSO process is likely not working because there is a saved password that is trying to automatically sign you in. To remove this, please follow the steps below.
*Note, you may want to export your passwords before you follow the steps to delete them below.
Step 1
Open Microsoft Edge.

Step 2
Click on the 3 dots in the upper right hand corner.

Step 3
Click on "Delete browsing data".

Step 4
In the Time range drop down menu, select "All time".

Step 5
Scroll down.

Step 6
Check the "Passwords" and "Autofill form data" boxes.

Step 7
Click on "Clear now".

Step 8
Close Microsoft Edge and reopen it.

Step 9
Navigate to the IT Support Portal (itsupport.southwoodrealty.com) and click on "Login" min the upper right hand corner.

Step 10
Click on "Sign in with SSO".

Step 11
You're done! If your login was successful, you should see your first name at the top of the welcome page and your picture or initials in the upper right hand corner.

If you are still unable to access your IT Support Portal page, please put in an I.T. ticket by emailing: itsupport@southwoodrealty.com.
